It was such a shockingand sad news knowing that Whitney Houston has passed away yesterday morning.Whitney was well known for her amazing voice and all time favorite tracksfrom the Bodyguard’s soundtrack, I Will Always Love You. It was such a wastefor she is only 48 of age when she died. Yet another truly legend and greatlost to the music industry after Amy Winehouse.

With her amazingvoice, she has influenced a lot of singers in this new modern era. You can heara lot of contestants singing her song during competition but undoubtedly, sheis still the best and unbeaten. No one on earth can really carry her song theway she did. Been hearing her songs since I was a kid and since then been fallingin love with her unique and soothing voice.

Unfortunately,after her marriage with Bobby Brown, her career went downturn as she is madly inlove with this guy which leads her to drug usage. Since then, she has beensuffered from drug abusive problem. What a waste!

The cause of herdeath is still under investigation and will be revealing soon, either due to

overdose of drugs or any other health problem?

Whitney, youwill always be remembered. May you rest in peace and God please take care ofsuch an amazing person in heaven. You may now rest in the hands of God safelyand sound.

Hard Rock Hotel, Penang

Yay...been waiting to stay in Hard Rock Hotel since last Jul I bought this deal from Air Asia website specially for Mr. Tiger. And now I'm here in this rocking hotel and b a rock star just for a day.

When I bought the room since last Jul, the room rate was just RM348 per room. Hell ya, such a cheap rate I got :)

Happy Birthday To My Dearest, Mr. Tiger

It is second year of your birthday. This year actually I have bought a room in Hard Rock Hotel, Penang, via Air Asia website since last year. Haha...that time I bought the deal because it was really cheap. I bought this room since last year Jul. Time really passes by like lightning, and now is your birthday already. We can have a 2 days 1 night stay in Hard Rock Hotel tomorrow.

Today is the actual day of his birthday. Been thinking of sharing and cherish his special day with his family since one happy family is his wish this year (and me too) so I came out with an idea to treat his family for a nice dinner. Few days back, I have contacted his big bro to confirm that everyone will be free on that day itself. After that, I have called up 1919 Restaurant to book a table for 7 adults and 2 kids at 7:30pm.

Just yesterday, I went to order an ice-cream cake for him which I will be delivered to the restaurant during lunch time this afternoon to avoid him knowing that we have bought a cake for him. Haha...

During the dinner, I guess he knew we bought a cake for him as the waitress started to clean the table and prepare a new set of forks and plates. My plan spoil, didn't manage to surprise him as I want it to be. But anyhow, I hope you felt happy for what I have plan for your birthday this year. One last time, Happy Birthday to you and may all your dreams come true. Many more birthdays to come to celebrate together.

Didn't manage to treat his parents as when I'm about to pay the bill, his dad rushed up and insisted to pay the bill. Haha...thanks uncle for the treat =)

One fine dayin November while I was browsing through the web, I came across a great deal inGroupon. This deal is actually located in Tanjung Rambutan and the villa nameis The Roots. Before purchase this deal, there is doubts in my mind so I googlefor more information and found this eco-friendly resort was owned by two guysnamed Bridget Hedderman and Peter Witzigmann. The concept of The Rootsfeatures four tree-top suites built on stilts right on the banks of the KintaRiver which the surrounding was serene and quiet. It was definitely a placecontrary to the mundane of everyday life. Never knew there was such a beautifulplace so close to the city. Indeed a hidden gems for me =)

The sun was hanging high up in the blue sky when we were there.Beautiful weather never ceases to get me supper pumped about spending timeoutdoors, as close to a natural setting as possible. We spent a languidafternoon by the pool side indulging my favorite novel, chatting around anddipping into the pool. It was the most relaxing day of the month. It did takeme completely away from the madness of my present moment.

Foods served were actually delicious and scrumptious. I had orderedroasted chicken with potatoes mashed and Tiger had ordered gravy lamb withrice. We have no complained after we have tried their food. It was worth thewait for half an hour. But due to the portion of the food is too little, Mr.Tiger had complaint that he was not full enough. We end up go for McDonalddrive through near Tambun.

There were 3 dogs in total at the villa and the one I liked most namedas Choosy. She is one hell of a playful dog and she likes to stick with people.If you want to find her, you can easy track her down from places where there isfull of people. Hehe…manage to grab hold of her and took a photo with her.

Although itwas just a simple getaway but it brings you closer to nature where you won’t behaving all these chances in your daily life.

Thanks for the warm regards. When I saw the card, I felt utterly delighted. It was good to hear from Yoshimura's family.

Thanks for all the great memories and treated me as part of the family during my stay in Japan back in 2003. I'm glad that still b able to keep in touch and hopefully I can fulfill my dream in the near future to vist Japan one more time.

I will always keep my memories in Japan deep down in my heart. I felt greatful tat I actually had a once in a lifetime chance to explore Japan in a totally special way.

The last time I saw Renni, Roy and Sahara...they were still kids. Now they have grown up to b handsome and pretty.

I hope tat this small little will bring me best of luck in the year 2012.

Obsessing Over The Meaning Of Life

Recently, I chanced upon one article in Cleo magazine which stated that obsessing over the meaning of life can actually make your life more miserable. I am totally agreed with this saying. Lately, I have been thinking about what is the purpose of my life? Why am I come to this world? Is been bothering my mind these days.

According to Cleo, 35 percent of people surveyed and interestingly, they weren’t bothered by big questions and couldn’t give a damn whether their lives had a deeper purpose. These peeps were significantly happier than those searching for more meaning but were still yet to find.

Life is always a tricky question to the mind and because it doesn’t have a correct answer for that, makes you even more obsessed to search for an answer. But it is a never ending journey to look for the meaning of life. True to be told that you can get help from those self help study but the more you read through it, the more you feel that your life is too mundane. You will be thinking constantly how am I going to improve my life by adding some sparks into it? And the questions go on forming around in your mind and eventually make your life miserable. Lastly, you are unable to concentrate in current moment.

Sometimes I am wondering, is it good to read all these self help books? For example like Eat, Pray, Love. After finished this novel, I really wish I could go travel solo and in search of the meaning of life. But in reality, how many people can really toss away your work and loved one behind? If I am doing is it I am too self-centered?

I have always feared that I may not live my life meaningfully due to I read so much life quotes which left a mark in my mind. Fear of wasting my time, fear that when I got older, I don’t have the energy to even walk and travel around. I think I should stop taking in too much of this quote which it burdened my life =)

Let the wind and faith leads you to where you belong. I should instill this mindset from today.

2012 Resolutions

Is time to think about your plan for another new year to come. After all, you can’t just spend your year ahead without any planning, right? Here goes my list.

1. Read more – This had been my resolution all these while. Hoping that I will be doing more to improve myself from time to time.

2. Save more – Haha…been working for such a long time but my saving is still that little. Maybe because I just like to travel and shopping which caused all my money gone just like wind

3. Travel more – Always my dream to travel around the world…more trips ahead =)

4. Career improvement – Need some sparks in this field and really lack of opportunities for me. Darn!!!

5. More “ME” time

6. Hoping that Dominic will grow healthily – Sickness, please leave him alone

7. Get a DSLR – Canon 550D

8. Get a new handphone – Samsung Galaxy S2

9. Learn to be more patience and alert / aware to surroundings and works

10. Stop shopping like mad

End of the list. I can still keep on writing but then no point writing on if you can’t fulfill all, rite? Haha…10 is more than enough for me (I’m a lazy jerk myself).

Christmas’s Eve Celebration 2011

Hope that you guys had a jolly Christmas celebration last weekends. For me, I had a great celebration last weekend’s with few of my friends. We had arranged a dinner at 1919 restaurant which served Nyonya type of delicacies. At first, we thought of having buffet on eve but due to price were far from our expectation, we finally change our mind and we go for much cheaper and delicious foods.

The dinner cost about RM22++ per person which is way cheaper if you compare with buffet dinner which cost up to RM79++ per person. After all, Christmas’s eve dinner was not necessary to have turkey and expensive food but to have everyone gathered together and have a nice dinner, mingling around.

After the dinner, we went straight to Euro House which they have countdown session. We are lucky enough as we knew the owner of the pub and manage to grab a small table which enough to fit 5 of us. They had actually put up balloons in a big net which tie at the ceiling of the building and will be released when the clock striked 12am. We ordered one tower of 1664 and just chatting around, taking photo as waiting the time to pass by.

As the time tickled away, the pub even distributed freebies to all of us which including Christmas hat, whistle and etc…just like what was shown in the picture.

Wrapping Up 2011

Another year is gonna end in like one week plus. What did I achieve in 2011? Reminisced the past, let’s see from month to month.

January – I don’t really recall what had happening in this month, honestly and not joking.

February – I think is a month of CNY. Ate a lot and met friends.

March – Nothing special though...oh ya, this is the month where I quit my previous job.

April – Rested a month without any income…most awful month of the year, I guess.

May – Started working in a new company full of energy and enthusiastic.

June – Went for Angels’ trip in Redang island. Can say that this is the most happening month of the year where I get to catch up with all my besties for 4 whole days…I miss them dearly.

July – One day Penang to eat and sight-seeing.

August – Went to 30 hours famine camp which was organized by World Vision Malaysia.

September – Went Sabah for 4 days for relaxing with friends.

October – Went to visit Cambodia. Had a great time and learnt a lot.

November – Not a good month for me though as did something wrong at work which caused me moody and ended up stress for like 2 weeks. Means half a month gone =(

December – Last month of 2011…I went for Jacky Cheung’s concert which is the best and most awesome…will be remembering this concert deep down in my heart which is arguably the best ever.

Overall can say that my life is just mundane, nothing big or happening from time to time. Right now, I am solemnly praying deep down inside that 2012 will be a good year ahead for me. With lots of laughter, happy, money, good health coming my way. From the list you can say that, seems like I had a great year as every month there is something that can wrap up the month. But for me, I still think that it is not enough. Human are greedy…you tend to demand more.

From my prediction, 2012 actually is still another mundane year ahead. I can predict as I am the one who is eligible to make changes in my life. If I choose to stand on the same spot, means nothing is gonna happen. Hoping that miracle will happen and someone, some place, there might be chances looking for me =)

Jacky Cheung 1/2 Century World Tour - Kuala Lumpur

OMG!!! I was like in a dream when I was in the concert. I couldn't believe finally I am at the stadium watching live performance by Jacky Cheung. We went for his show on Sat (10/12). The whole night, I was so excited. Jiggling in my seat and shouting out to the world excitedly. Even waving our glow sticks enthusiastically. I think people who sat front role of me, surely hate me because my voice was roaring the whole night. Wahaha...but who cares? He is my idol and it was not so easy to finally meet him. I was stupefied when he started the show by telling us that he is sick and may not able to continue the show. I was like, WTH!!! Am I so bad luck? But he didn't gave up and insisted to finish the show. I salute you.

His voice was soothing and it was the same as you are listening to CD everyday although he is 51 years old this year. Hence, he even perform some daunting stunt in front of the audience which is "一字马" where everyone of us applauded as hard as we can as to show our respect to him. Although he is 51 years old but to me, he is one hell of a charming and endearing dude. Maybe because of his friendly personality and his natural humor which made me falls for him totally. Hahaha...sure Mr. Tiger will scold me if he sees me write this post. Don't scold me laz, I love him as my idol only.

The show started off with a movie clip starring the gorgeous Shu Qi. When he started to sing "如果爱", my tears were falling like waterfall. I couldn't stop it because this was one of my favorite song. The whole night my ears was filled with unrealistically romantic, lovey dovey music. I just felt that I am the most happy person in the whole universe.

Second part of the show, he named it as "Private Corner" where he will preforming some Jazz music where my heart melted like ice cream. His voice totally take me completely away from the madness of my present moment and into a world where fantasy is alive. I kept asking my friend, am I dreaming? Haha...

The last part is all his "Golden Hits". Everyone is the stadium singing along with him and shouting his name. It was so happening.

Overall, I was mightily impressed throughout the show. Haiz...I wish I can go for his another concert, man. But I don't think it will be possible after all. I should be grateful as I manage to watch this show of him =) Even now I am still listening to his songs and I still can cry. I wish I can grow old together with you, Tiger...together we listen to Jacky Cheung's song in our rocking chairs.

Jacky Cheung, good luck to you and take good care yourself. May you have the utmost strength to finish off this world tour. You have given us a stupendous performance and we appreciate much. Always support you =)

It's Monday and will have to leave the fairyland and re-enter the real world. Haiz...

Bricks And Barrels, Ipoh

Yet another new hangout place for us. Eventually it suites people who likes oldies as their live band playing oldies constantly. If you are not fancy towards oldies, then you will find it quite annoyed. For me, personally, the ambiance was cozy and nice. Just one thing which I couldn't stand is the air conditioning system in Bricks and Barrels are lousy because no matter where you sit there will be drops of water falling down.

Now they are having promotion for beer. I think should be the courtesy for their new opening though. You can enjoy all night long beer at RM80 per tower. I am not so sure when is this promotion is gonna end soon. Go try before it is too late.

I need to find one day to try out the food there.

Just Unbearable

How come human are so silly? When you are happily married then you tend to spoil your own marriage with your own hand by involving yourself in unnecessary extramarital relationship with another girl or guy? Nowadays, it seems like a trend in society. Guys, won’t you feel fatigued? You need to juggle both women at the same time as you know every woman is demanding.

For me, you can say that I am selfish as I felt that the time being with myself is already not enough and now I need to share somemore? OMG!!! This is unacceptable by me. I am a simple person who enjoys my own solitude moments a lot. I can do whatever I want like reading, updating my blog, listening to music and etc.

Nowadays, people are looking forward to excitement. That’s why they let themselves into this kind of relationship. It is OK if you don’t have kids as the most affected one is not both adults but the growing up process of a child. They are fresh and know nothing about what is happening between you and your husband. Eventually, they will be growing up as an unhappy child one day. Poor thing =(

People, please think before you act. We are fully responsible for our choices and we have to accept the consequences of every deed.

Ma Best Malay Fren's Wedding (12-Nov-2011)

I have knew this girl from my ex-company and it's been like 2 years we knew each other. We have this special connection which only both of us understand. Today, she is officially married to her loved one, Rizal. I felt so honour to accompany and witness her wedding ceremony. With my heartiest wishes, I wishing both of you have a blissful marriage ahead. Hence, I have chosen her the most intimate gift for her and her husband. Haha...hope both of them will like it loz.

Been to her house early in the morning and am so glad that we still have some spare time to catch up with each other. We had so much to talk and yakking non stop the whole morning. Eventually we have to stop when the make up artist arrived.

Have never been to a Malay's wedding and this was my first time. It was indeed a lovely wedding and am glad to say I enjoyed myself that day.

Life is really fills with unpredictable moments. Had been listening a lot of stories recently which evolved people around me. Been glad that I can still kick my butt up after failing for so many times. Sometimes you can't predict what is gonna happen in your life but the main fact is, you gonna pick yourself up from all those rock shits. That's a very important element in life.

Recently, I had been hearing much about breaking up stories. How pathetic was that? Growing old with another person is not always that easy. Both parties have to commit and walk the same path. Human changes from time to time and you won't know how scary he / she can turn to. I do believe that when unhappy things happen in a relationship, both parties have the blame. You can't blame one person for the wrong. Both sides have to be responsible.

Hoping that 2012 will be a better year for me and all my friends. I don't wish to listen to sad news anymore. *Finger-crossed*

Teohlogy - The World According To Patrick Teoh

Came across this hilarious book at Popular the other day. I had stood there for like 20 minutes reading the book and it didn't failed to make me laugh. Hahahaha...since then I am always itching to talk to more people about how nice the book was. Well truth be told, this book has became my favorite almost immediately. It was indeed great. After all, we must always support local production.

Since I was a kid, I used to listen to his voice in one and only English radio station in Malaysia. If I am not mistaken, should be 90.1FM. Didn't aware myself that he can write that gracefully as well.

This book is all about his thought on Malaysia's everyday issues. The publisher has actually compile all the articles which was written by Patrick Teoh in Off The Edge (a monthly print magazine) into a booklet. He had really voice out for every Malaysian in this book.

Phrase that I like the most - Why should Malaysians pay for tickets to have a good laugh when they can laugh for free each and every day of their lives in this beautiful country?

In a blink of an eye, November has reached our doorstep. This shows that time passes by real quick. Another 2 months, it is already 2012. OMG!!! *Wondering is it the end of the world in 2012?*

Haha...just some funny thought of myself as this surely will not be happening so soon. Been unmotivated to blog lately as my company has banned blogging activity and I no longer can update my blog during lunch time. This had explained why I have been disappearing for quite some time.

What do I achieved so far? The answer is "nothing". I went to Cambodia during early month of Oct which is the most meaningful stuff which I had did in this month. Will be blogging it soon when I find back my passion.

Nasi Lemak 2.0

Initially, me and my friend, Grace thought of watching Contagion but too bad GSC in Ipoh Parade didn't have. So we ended up with Nasi Lemak 2.0. Wow, I was personally awed at such masterpiece which is being directed by our very own citizen. I have really good comments after watched this movie. It was one hell of the most hilarious movie ever made by our own Malaysian. This low budget movie was produced by Fred Chong and directed and acted by Namwee.

This movie has brings out the best of Malaysia which we called it as truly Malaysia. Hence, only Malaysian who watch will get the hidden meaning laid in this movie. For me, Malaysia is a beautiful country as we are blessed with different mixture of culture. In this movie, you can see how Malays, Chinese and Indian help each other to build up Malaysia as it is today.

No doubts that Namwee is really a brilliant and awesome script writer, actor and director. He had brings a lot of current issue into this movie but not to make it so political, he had twist and turn the story into what is the real meaning of "Satu Malaysia". I think he really did a great job. Thumbs up for him =)

I had a great laugh during the showtime and felt relished after the movie. In the movie, there are many famous person who took part in this project for example Dato David Arumugam (which he is a famous singer from the band Alleycats), Nadine Ann Thomas (Miss Malaysia 2010/2011 - she looks stunning and gorgeous in the movie), Adibah Noor (Actress), Reshmonu (which is my favorite singer in Malaysia) and many others great people.

The scene I like the most is when Baba and Bibi came out and pretend as ghosts to scare off Namwee and Karen Kong. During my childhood, I always stick my butt in front of the TV to watch this Baba and Nyonya series. When I saw the same character appeared on screen, I am so excited and jiggling in my seat. In my heart, I wish I can shout out to the world excitedly. The guy who acted as Nyonya still look the same and never look old though.

Along the show, I even applauded few times as this movie has touched my heart. For those of you who still uncertain whether to watch this show or not, please kick your butt and drive to the cinema now. You, as a Malaysian, should support local production and help the movie industry to grow. Hence, there is one hot chick in the movie which is non other than Felixia Yeap. This friend of mine once told me that she has a dream which is to become a top model in Malaysia. And now she has proved to the world that nothing is impossible. You go, girl. Thumbs up for you =)

Sun Bathing

What I like to do when I'm on a beach holiday? It is non other than sun bathing. Most of the Malaysian won't like to sun tanning under the scorching sun as we are already living in summer all year long. But it was different case for me. I am always fancy towards beautiful beach holiday as I like the warmly sun which never failed to brighten up my days =)

I will be holding a book and after a few minutes I will dozed off along with the sea breeze and the soothing sound of the waves. It was relax and unwind that you can toss away your work burden just for few days. ~Simply enjoying the serenity of the beach ~

I knew you may said that I am weird because go to try Italian food all the way to Sabah. Hehe…when my friend asked me to try out this restaurant, I have the same thought as well. Why wanna try Italian food while we can have ample of fresh seafood in Sabah? You will change your mind after you have tried to dine in this cozy restaurant which is located in town of KK. This restaurant is easy to find and you will be noticing the gigantic signboard when you entered KK town.

The price is a bit costly though but it is worth trying. We had ordered few dishes to try which are the spaghetti, pizza, tomato soup and tiramisu. My friend said they even made fresh pasta everyday. I personally fancy towards the pizza. They had put a lot of cheese as toping to the pizza. It was scrumptious and when you chewed it, you can feel the cheese melted in your mouth. Eventually, the tiramisu just turned out not that ok for me though. I still prefer tiramisu which was baked by my mom and also the one is Italia Mia, Ipoh.

According to the local people there, this Italy restaurant was very famous in town. When you ask for Italian food, they will surely recommend you to this restaurant =)

Dilemma

Have you have ever face dilemma with travelling? How pathetic was that? I have always liked to travel but when you are back at work and you see that your mailbox is swamp with emails, do you ever hate travelling? This is what I so called “DILEMMA”.

Just came back from an exotic getaway from Sabah which now I am actually suffering from flu and there are piles of work which is waiting for me to do.

Forcing Myself To Read

Since then I have been keeping up with reading and the progress is quite slow. Charlie Brown Cafe, Penang

The main attraction I was hyped up to visit in this whole Penang getaway was Charlie Brown Cafe. It was quite easy to locate this cafe as it is on the way to Batu Ferringi. After you have passed by Island Plaza on your right hand side, just turn right after the traffic light. Go straight, follow the road sign which stated "Strait Quay" and you will see an awesome, new building name Strait Quay which is now a hot chilling out place in Penang.

Once you stepped your foot in the cafe, you can find Snoopy and friends character stood at every nook and corner of the cafe. Frankly speaking, I was completely bowled over by the cafe. I gingerly took photo of every corner in the cafe for at least half an hour before I sat down for a cup of tea. It's been quite sometime I wanted to visit the one in HK but due to financial problem, I had to postpone my plan. I was absolutely elated when I found out that they are opening another branch in Penang and I am so eagerly wanna rush to have a look.

There is nothing special on the food. Indeed foods are freaking expensive and it is non edible at all but the ambiance of the cafe wins it all.

Rumah Peranakan Mansion, Penang

Since I have nothing much to do on Saturday night so have decided to continue my blog on my Penang getaway. The Peranakans, also known as Babas and Nyonyas, are a community which is rich in unqiue culture both from British colonial lifestyle and local Malay lifestyle. It was a truly Malaysia and you can only see this culture here.

The mansion was bulit at 19th century by local history's famous personality, the Kapitan Cina Chung Keng Kwee. The house is still well kept until today and it is now open for public viewing. It has also been a famous spot for movie maker all around the world. Besides that, a lot of bridal shoots have been seen taken in this mamsion as well.

There will be an entering fees of RM10 and you can find antiques at every nook and corner of the mansion. You can request for a guide to explain the history of this mansion and the culture for you which I highly recommended. As you can have a better understanding instead of just view the mansion as a piece of antique.

YEAH! Finally I manage to get my Starbucks tumbler from my best friend, Keegan. He had bought me this tumbler in Hong Kong as souvenir last year. And I only get it last week as we hardly can catch up with each other these days. It was so nice of him.

Reminisced the days in UUM, we can spend the entire night yakking non stop which will always be a momentus moment in my uni life. We always share our thoughts, problems and talking silly nonsense which is the best actually. I truly embraced every moments which I have spent with this friend of mine and I cherished our friendship much.

Thanks for being my best "guy" fren...who on earth dare to say guy and girl can't be best friend? I have a good example here lolz =)

Food Hunting In Penang

Last Saturday, me and a bunch of my colleagues purposely drive down to Penang to "cari makan" lolz. Although it was a day tour but then we have managed to eat some Penang delicacies. Grumbling sounds could be heard coming from our tummies once we arrived in Penang and we can't wait to drive our way to foooooooood.

First stop, we stopped by sister "Char Kuay Teow" which some blogs claimed that they served the best in Penang. After I have tried, I have to say "NO". The noodle was too dry and nothing special though. This stall is located at Jalan Macalister which is near by Jalan Perak. We are lucky enough to bump into 2 pretty girls which they had volunteer to guide us the way. It was so kind of them, really =) But they did said the food there was not that scrumptious anymore but then we are not from local so must well just give it a try because different people has different taste lolz. We have also ordered some yam cake and it was just normal lolz.

Next stop, we went to hunt for famous cendol in Penang which is located in Penang road. The stall is actually located in a small lane and stood beside a dirty drain but a lot of people came a long way just to visit this stall everyday. For me, personally, I still prefer cendol from Malacca as the "gula melaka" is more special and scrumptious. Everytime I visited Malacca, cendol is my must eat food in the list and I can eat up to 2 bowls in one shot. But then cendol in Penang, I can't even finished one bowl. WTF!!!

Next stop, I will be blogging about Charlie Brown Cafe. Am actually in the midth of editing photo =) Stay tuned.

Windmill

FOREVER

I have always fascinated with this word "FOREVER" but now this word to me is just BULLSHITTT...

In my dictionary, I no longer see this word appear. Even in my daily life I no longer use this word as well. For me, when I see this word "FOREVER", it scared me off immediately. I will feel depressed, sad, tension, miserable, gloomy, disturbing and so on. All sorts of mixture feeling which made me felt uneasy. I dono why but I guess it is an effect to me after divorce.

For me, nothing in this world is forever. From the outside, I look like a strong and cheerful girl but in the inside I am not that strong though. Because of this stupid word, I have given up so many things and opportunities in my life just because I need to protect other people feeling. I have been tossing aside my own feeling and dreams.

Don't ever said this word in front of me as it somehow made me felt annoyed. No one can forsee the future so don't ever ever make promises which you can't fulfill. I hate that when people telling me that in the future, we can build a happy family or we can owned a big house. Why don't concentrate in the current and make yourself a useful person to the world?

Sometimes we try so hard to search for that spark in life but in the end we really dono what actually we are searching for. Wasted your time, energy and effort. Life ain't always what you think it ought to be.

Hoping that the road I am taking now is CORRECT.

Love = Complex

Love becomes complex when there involved family members, different races, background and dreams. All these can lead to a complicated situation in love.

Love suppose to be 2 persons but once you are committed into it, family members will be involving as well. A relationship with different races and without blessing from family is somewhat rather difficult to continue. Recently one of my friend's family found out that her current boyfriend which she has been dating for 6 years is actually an Indian guy which grew up with a chinese family. 6 years is really a long and winding road here, we are not talking about 6 months or 6 weeks? Their relationship has grew by leaps and bounds in this 6 years.

Guess how was their reaction? The parents react rather aggressive and instructed my friend to break up with thus guy immediately. How sad was that? It makes me recalled back what I had been through way back in my first love. I am totally understand her feeling because you are just like a sardin being squeeze between parents and the boy. Your mind is stagnant and totally lost.

The truth is always that awful. It is not very easy to walk with a guy for 6 years. Both of them had been through all the rocky shit along the way yet the girl's parents still doesn't permitted this relationship. I really hate to see such situation happen among my friends. You can't do much to help them. What you can do is just lend an ear and a shoulder for them to cry on =(

The question now is, how would you choose? What is your decision?

For me, personally, I would choose to let my parents to cool down first as you know typical chinese family really couldn't accept this kind of relationship. I will then bring the guy home at least to see and talk to them. Show them that both of us are really serious and craving for their blessing. I know that said is always easier than action but you never try you never know.

Hereby, I am praying solemnly for this friend of mine, hoping that she can really get her happiness. Hoping that they can finally get blessing from their parents to continue this road together. But whatever is your decision, I am always hoping that you will feel happy =)

Famous Quiche In Ipoh

Do you ever wonder where to get quiche in Ipoh? That day my friend recommended me to try this hidden restaurant near Tambun (just the shop lots on your right hand side after you have passed by Citrus), it's name is Tammy's Kitchen. For my first impression, there was doubts in my mind, I was like just a normal name though. Indeed it turns out to be a hidden gem which served the best quiche in Ipoh town. I think there is no other places in Ipoh which served quiche.

I think a lot of you was wondering what the hell word is this "quiche"? I also never came across this word before and doesn't even know how to pronounce it. So I google it and it turns out to be actually is an egg custard or some kind of pie which stuffed with bacon, cheese, vege, ham or mushroom. It was a dish originally from France. That's why it has such a unique name =)

We had ordered few dishes that day and turned out that I really love the turkey ham quiche very much. I am falling in love with quiche, OMG!!! It was arguably the best dish of the dinner. Whoever is going to pay Tammy a visit, this is a must have dish. You can't miss it. Me and tiger walloped the whole quiche in a jiffy.

The cheese just melted inside your mouth and the bacon and ham was so tender and juicy. It was so scrumptious that I still remembered it taste even until now. Haha...I knew it was a bit of exaggerating but who on earth can resist such delicious dish. Yummy!!!

Apart from that, we also ordered spaghetti bolognese which in my mind I was thinking of lasagna but my mouth just having contradict with my brain and I had ordered bolognese. Hehe...I was such a hypocrite! I think this was the effect after starving myself for 30 hours which caused my brain dysfunctional lolz. Nothing much special about the spaghetti bolognese.

Then, tiger has ordered a set of grill lamb chop. They grilled the lamb until it was just nice. When you chew, it was so tender and juicy. I like the texture of the lamb chop and the taste.

Last but not least, we also ordered sausages with mash potato.

Price quoted is affordable for market in Ipoh, indeed it was cheap though. Do pay a visit and you won't be regretting for driving such a long way to this restaurant. For my next visit, I am wanting to try their cakes. As this time, cakes was sold out when I was at the shop. Too bad =(

30 Hours Famine Camp 2011 - YMCA, Ipoh

It was such a glorious Saturday where I had signed up myself earlier in this 30 hours famine camp. I have been wanting to participate in this camp but couldn't find any "kaki". Hehe...lucky enough I found some colleagues in my current company which is also enthusiastic about this camp.

At first, they set their venue in Tower Regency but last minute (just one night before we are about to enter camp), they have called and informed us that they have changed the venue to YMCA. For me, anywhere is just fine as long as there is a place for me to bath.

When we first arrived, we registered ourselves. Then the committee members distributed T-shirt for us and instructed us to change right away. After the registration was done, they already started to play some light game which I have no idea about the game lolz. This camp mainly is cater to young people and not for us "old ladies" but then since we were already there must well just have fun to the max =)

Didn't use my mandarin name since ages lolz =)

Still looking fresh early in the morning.

Game started after an opening ceremony by some VIP which I have forgotten the name, hehe...but funny how he was wearing a "YELLOW" blouse on that day. Is there any hidden message which you are trying to convey lolz? First we start with some station games which I really have no ides what the whole scenario is all about. The game is a mess all around and my mandarin is "sendirian berhad" so it really doesn't bring any fun to me except a word "frustrated".

Game was incessantly without a full stop. I mean we are suppose to save energy because we have to starve ourselves for 30 hours but then we have to play all sort of games under scorching sun which is killing us. All these games had made us getting more hungry and tired and sweating all over the body. We are smelly and they don't even allow us to bath. OMG!!! This was what I can't stand so I went home around 12 something and continue the journey to starve myself until 4pm the next day. I am proud to say that I had made it through =)

The most meaningful part which I have gained from this camp is some new friends which I had met throughout the camp and also an amazingly inspirational story about a true woman name Waris Dirie which I have written a post about her earlier.

I have been in the child sponsor programme with World Vision for 3 years now. I know I can't be like Oprah Winfrey to help children in Africa by building them a school but with just RM50 per month, I can bring a big grin to a littl girl's face.This is precious to my heart. Like what is being said by Mother Theresa -- IF YOU CAN'T FEED HUNDRED PEOPLE, THEN FEED JUST ONE.

What is FGM???

Did any of you ever came across this term "FGM"? I came across this term after attended the 30 hours famine camp just recently. Actually, this term is stand for Female Genital Mutilation. This has been an issue among some of the 3rd world countries for example Africa, some Asian countries and etc all these while. It was a violence and barbarous act towards women in this country.

According to Desert Flower Foundation (http://www.desertflowerfoundation.org/en/what-is-fgm/), FGM is a destructive operation, during which the female genitals are partly or entirely removed or injured with the goals of inhibiting a woman’s sexual feelings. WTF!!! It was so unfair for women. How come men can enjoy sex during intercourse but not women? We are not animal, we have the right too. As women, we should have the same right in society nowadays. Not like ancient days, women is a slave to the society and even to family. All this discrimination and violence act should stop now!!! This so called religious ritual act will somehow or rather impinged the growth of a girl and also leaving a dark spot in her life.

This is part and parcel of a ritual for girls in Africa to get married when they are old enough. They have to perform this ritual in order to get a chance to get married. In this case, I would prefer not to married for the rest of my life if I need to marry to a much older man.

Based on a true story with a girl named Waris Dirie which she was originally from Somali, Africa. She was one of the victim for FGM but she managed to escape herself at the age of 13 from an arranged marriage by her family. She trudged her way to London and even become a worker in Mcdonald. She was then discovered by photographer, Terence Donovan and from there she get her way up to become a successful top model she is today. She then set up a foundation to help to call off this cruel religious ritual and to protect all the young girls out there who is a potential candidates of FGM. She has actually written a book name "Desert Flower" which I have yet to find. This book is all about her life story and how she regained herself from all those horror experiences when she went through as a kid. I think this book will be an amazingly inspirational story for me. I am so wanted to read the book now but then MPH has out of stock...darn!!! Have to wait until I go Borders to look for this book.

She was utterly an amazing person =) Keep up the great work. You have made women proud.

I have always envy for those people who can really write good English as they can have a hand in the coolest job in town “Blogger”. They actually just have to stick their butt in front of the computer and type whatever they feel like and they will get countable of comments. Which I think is cool! I am typically from chinese school which I hate chinese a lot. Since I was a kid, I never ever read a book which is full of chinese words. I will be vomitting if I have to do so...hehe...but then my mom force me to enter chinese school which I have no choice to reject lolz.

Besides that they will get sponsor to travel to all sort of places in the world and have their review on after they came back from the trip. How awesome was that? I used to think that air-hostess is cool too because you get to travel to all sorts of most exotic places in the world but too bad I was just 153cm. So I have given up the thought of entering airline.

Come to the second coolest job which I have encountered few years back which is blogger. I read books too and can write but not like those who really can describe a thing immensely. I am just half way through. End up, I just write blog for my own viewing purpose. How sad was that? Is there is any human being on earth that cares to read my blog?

Actually, there is not much information you can get after reading my blog as you can see I am living in a dead town named Ipoh. How can this town be happening where the statistic for old people is one of the highest ranking?

I am having turmoil with my LIFE!!! I know we need to be grateful for our current situation but sometimes when the mood swing thing hits you, you really can’t avoid and you will start to think negatively. It was hell awful =(

Movie Marathon Again

What other great way to spend your Sunday slouching on the bed and watching movie with snack munching all the way? I had another movie marathon on last Sunday as my friend has borrowed me another 3 DVDs which is The Switch, Just Go With It and Life As We Know It. I managed to finish Just Go With It and Life As We Know It, another one more I will leave it for this weekend though. Unfortunately, I don't think I may have the time to watch movie this week as I will be going to attend this meaningful event called 30 Hours Famine Camp.

Actually I love both of the stories as it involved kids and it was a heart warming movie. Let's talks about Just Go With It, it was acted by Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston which both is my favorite actor and actress. Adam Sandler always bring laughter of tears in every movie which he acted, that's why I love to watch his movie. It will somehow draw your stress away from your daily life which it is a great way to release stress. This movie was all about finding a love partner which truly understand you rather than go for look and age. Great movie which I had a good laugh especially the kids who acted as Jennifer Aniston's kids.

The second movie, Life As We Know It. It touches every bit of my hearts. Tears came down from my eyes half way through the movie when both Katherine Heigl and Josh Duhamel fell apart because of some misundrstanding. They are just a lovely couple in the movie. When Sophie, the baby arrived their life after the friends' death, they both had transformed into a new person with new life ahead. It was great to see that how they cope with their new life and how they deal with this new arrived baby, Sophie. Sophie was absolutely adorable =)

I had a great time indulge myself in these two great movies. Love it...let's do it more often.

R.I.P Amy Winehouse

Oh my god!!! It was such a shocking news for me to read that Amy Winehouse was found dead in her house at London on Saturday afternoon. Report believes that it was due to overdose of drugs and alcohol. It was such a waste for her to die at the age of 27. I am the same age as her and still I don't have the wealth and fame as her.

Amy Winehouse has became famous after her debut, REHAB. She has this bizarre hairdo which looks like a beehive and also famous for her problematic behavior. Sometimes I think that that she is just the master for mother monster, Lady Gaga. They both has such a massive impact whenever they appear on stage or at interviews.

It was such a tragic lose as she was an awesome singer and song writer in the other hand. Her lyrics mend a lot to her and it is closed to her heart. She has been suffered from drugs and alcholic abuse all these while as she is a person with great emotions. Amy can easily sink into depression after a breakup and it haunted her, distracted her from daily life and even on stage. I think she has the freedom now that she has been longing for so long.

May you rest in peace, Amy Winehouse.

Been staying alone at his home for movie marathon is such a cozy activity to do on a Saturday night. I can shut up the whole world and just immerse myself in those love comedies. It was absolutely awesome just to relax your mind and louging on the bed in front of a TV. I have been finished two movies in a role tonight - Love Happens by Jennifer Aniston and No Strings Attached by Natalie Portman. Both of them is my favorite actress though and they both have this so called american sweetheart look.

For me, I like Love Happens more than No Strings Attached as it was somehow more meaningful and it had this great teaching behind this movie. I think that what love is about finding the right person who will make your life richer, and who will always support in whatever you are doing.

In Love Happens, it's bring out the message of Bruke's wife death has taught us that people who touch your life are always with you. It remind us that we have the choice to be grateful for the time we had with that special someone instead of dwelling on losing him / her.

No Strings Attached in the other hand, is just a hillarious love comedy which I found it somewhat entertaining and had a great laugh with it especially the main actor is non other than Ashton Kutcher.

Overall, I had a great night watching movie all by myself. It was so relaxing =) Must do it more next week though. Can't wait to watch more movie.

While I browse through the net and I saw something which is interesting to me. With such a great ambience, it's been luring me to blog more. Here it goes, peeps.

Tada...I came across this quote which in my mind I was wondering how true is this statement? Frankly speaking it was so darn true to my heart. I believe that people who has faith will eventually walk back together in the end no matter how far they are.

Certainly there will be some unforseen inccidences that will happen that draw these two persons together. People comes and people walks out of your life each and everyday but those who leaves footprints in your heart will always be remembered.

With all the good memoried stayed in your mind, surely you will be missing that particular person and you will be making hell lot of efforts to actually connect with each other.

I believe that if two persons really have faith, in the end, there will always be happy ending no matter how far apart =)

Yay...finally he has announced his half century world tour in Malaysia. ***Scream your lungs out*** AHHHHHHHH.....I have been waiting for the news like for ages and it's finally hits the town. He will be doing 2 shows in Putra Indoor Stadium, Bukit Jalil which falls on 9th and 10th Dec 2011. For those who hold American Express card issued by Maybank can have the chance to grab ticket before anyone else. There will be 1000pcs of tickets up for grab which entitled to 10% discount. I mean if I can't get the discount I also need to crack my head to get the tickets in normal price before anyone else. For those who don't have tat card, you will have to wait until 30th Jul only you can purchase the ticket online.

Actually I don't really listen much chinese songs except for his songs which never failed to fascinate me. His soothing voice has always bring *PEACE* to my mind, that's why I love him so much.

Although I know there is no age limit in love but then with the age gap of 35 years, don't you think this gap is just insane??? You are like marrying with your dad, babe. WTF!!!

This is because a good pair of jeans will helped to display a much curvier figure of yours. Don’t you agreed with me on that? Do you ever wish that eventually there will be two mirrors in fitting room for you to have a better view of your bum? Hehe...

I have found out that recently one of a retail store in California finally solved this quandary of yours. They have actually embedded a camera especially for your bum in dressing room’s mirror of their World Denim Bar. It was such an astonishing idea for all the women nowadays. From the photo shown, the camera will eventually capture a photo of your bum and show it back for your viewing in some sort of TV screen. How awesome is that? You no longer need to bother about how your bum looks like in these jeans. Hence, it is much easier and used less of your effort in search of a fitting pair of jeans.

Tada...been browsing through the web whole morning as my side of customers which is from Europe is having a summer break now so eventually I have some spare time to catch up with blog reading marathon.

I came aross Oprah Winfrey's blog and found something really amusing and it was literally jaw dropping when I see the product. Before I reviewed what is the product, I would like to ask a question. Hehe...will you grow your own mushroom? Yaya...is the real mushroom where you used to consume as food :p

From my point of view, I wouldn't thought that people is selling this kind of product nowadays and it was real astonishing to me. The selling price is $19.95 only. I mean will you buy this product if it is being imported in Malaysia? I found it peculiar and I don't think I can consume these mushrooms lolz. But I will be buying it for my own experiment purpose as it was rather adorable and special though.

Just follow this simple steps and the mushrooms will grow out from the small boxes. You need to cut an opening on the box which I think they will have it shown on the box with dotted lines (this is just my view), mist the soil twice daily and within 2 weeks time, you will get countable of mushrooms which is ready for your pan to fry. Nom...nom...nom...

New Strategy

To avoid myself for making ample of mistakes in my work nowadays, I will be bringing back orders which I have booked everyday to check back in the latest backlog file. It is to make sure that the details I have keyed in is tally with what is being generated from the system.

Recently, I have made a mistake as I have keyed in the wrong customer's address and the part is being shipped to another warehouse. Although my senior didn't scolded me but then I felt sorry for myself for making such a big mistake. Besides that, to settle this problem, I have to fill up a form to get approval from my regional sales person and my manager. The process is draging and troublesome. In my heart, I kept on scolding myself for making such a silly mistake. Should have double check before I press the button "book order", darn it!!!

Anyhow, I am a responsible person so I should be taking extra precaution to avoid all the silly things happen. I don't want to spoil my own reputation lolz!!! Concentrate...work hard and work smart =)

One In A Lifetime Experience

Oh yay, I have actually enrolled myself in this meaningful yet fun programme which World Vision hosting every year, it is non other than the 30 hours famine camp. This year so happen that some of my colleagues actually are interested in this programme so we team up our self and join this meaningful programme together.

I have been a child sponsor for more than 2 years now. It was actually takes up a small portion of amount in your salary which is RM50 per month and a child will get food and basic necessities from your sponsorship. So come join our hands together and make the world a better place for our children.

See you guys in the final countdown for 30-hours famine in Bukit Jalil on 7th Aug 2011. It will be my one and a lifetime experience. I hope that through this camp I will eventually learn some valuable lesson which I will be teaching my children in the near future.

Redang Escapade With My Angels

Supposedly there should be 8 persons of us but then 2 of them had opt-out from the escapade which is Lynne and Soon Ee. Lynne claimed that her colleague just resigned and couldn't managed to take leave. On the other hand, Soon Ee had a serious waist problem and doctor has advised her to stay away from all extreme activities. End up there was 6 of us plus 2 gentleman =)

This year is our 5th year gathering since we are graduated from UUM and I am glad that we have gone this far. Organizer this year is non other than the tallest gal in our group, Tammy. She has choosen a location which is gorgeous - a typical tropical island paradise, Redang Island.

To spend idyllic days in the beautiful island is a fervent dream of mine.

We had a 3 days 2 nights stay in this tantalizing island which is the most prodigious trip so far for this year round. I like the beach so much that I could spent the whole day sun bathing. It was so relaxing and enjoyable by just marvel at the gigantic deep blue sea. The view in Redang island was astoundingly gorgeous and I was like living in the paradise in these 3 days. I am really reluctant to say goodbye to this island on the last day of our trip =(

Besides that, we have spent nights lying on the beach watching million of stars blazing and talking silly nonsense which is the best really. It was so nice to talk about what had happen during our university time and how much we grew from that. There are laughter and everyone's face always bring a big grin. We took countless of photo and did the most silly, crazy act together. We did crazy jumped from the boat to the crystal clear water which no one on earth will b doing all these crazy act with me.

Beverage After My Meal

If you follow my blog, I have previously written about a topic for coffee. Now is time to write and elaborate about my beverage after lunch to be exact - Green Tea. I know is a lame topic but then I can't help because I need to write something to occupy my free time. Well, many of you may knew the fact that green tea was a healthy drink that largely consumed by Japanese. But do you actually know that green tea was originally from China? All these while I was thinking that green tea was from Japan. How interesting is that? I actually stumbled across this fact while I browsed through Wikipedia this morning. According to Wikipedia, green tea is made solely with the leaves of camellia sinensis that have undergone minimal oxidation during processing.

Me, myself will always prepared a thermos to cater this drink as I will drink a cup of green tea after my meal everyday. It is good for digestion and it will keep you stay awake especially during afternoon period where it is the most drowsy timing of the day. With a cuppa of green tea, it helps to sooth your stomach after a bounty meal.

Apart from that, green tea can also help you to keep your sexy body in good shape. It will helped to burn fat in your body much more faster if you consume green tea after every meal. In my company, I noticed that green tea boxes literally ubiquitous among my female colleagues. Apparently, women is more health conscious than men in my company.

While writing this post, I am actually sipping my green tea. I'm always satiated after a cuppa of green tea and it was just a simple pleasure of the day.

Runaway Bride

Out of a sudden, when I'm on my way home, my mind pop out the above title when I listen to the songs played in FM. I just happen to think that myself is a potential candidate to become runaway bride. WTF!!! Everytime when I listen to Eric Clapton - Blue Eyes Blue, it made me somehow or rather feels that I can b a runaway bride. I know it felt weird but after I have been through all the rocky shits, the fear of marriage is still hidden deep beneath my heart and mind. I am sometime felt literally cringe by my past. I may need a longer time to heal and I do not know when or even know whether this fear in me is gonna subside or not.

I know it is very unfair for him but then I can't surpassed this feeling. I have made a promise to MYSELF that I won't want to get married that soon and funny how I felt even more elated if I no need to go through marriage. This is so selfish of me, I know. I wish that he can prove to me that he is the one who I am worth marrying to. At the meantime, STOP!!! Stop all my nuisance thought which bugging me. I knew I am always that funny and unusual. I am just a simple girl who wanted to express my inner thought and I don't think it was a bad thing though, right?

Actually I am listening to the same song when I am writing this blog =) Can't stop playing the same song again and again until I am bored at it.

Imagine this is ME and I run away half way through the wedding. WTF!!!

Julie Roberts will always be my idol. I just love her one of a kind American sweetheart's grin on her face and her goddess sweet-looking. It was such comely as always. Basically every movie she have acted, I will never missed it, just love her and no words can express WHY =)

Once I grab hold of the Iphone, I would start to cam-whore with this app. It was utterly fun as you can make 4 differences facial expression in one photo and it turns out just nice. Unfortunately, FB didn't accept the file when I wanted to upload so I ended up edited them with PowerPoint. Start downloading this app and have fun with it.

Ma Favorite Hang Out Spot

I just love to hang out in Starbucks as the ambience is cozy and comfort. It was a great place for catching up with frens or you can just sit there alone with your favorite novel. Without a doubt, it was so great by just spending your slothful day with a cuppa of Starbucks beverage =)

Ma favorite beverage in Starbucks is non other than ice blended vanilla. It was so rich in vanilla, yummy. I have always fancy towards beverage that was mixed with vanilla. Ice blended vanilla has always bring a big grin on my face after a day of hardwork.

I would also definitely pay a visit to Starbucks whenever I am up the hill like Cameron or Genting. With such a crisp weather, it was soothing with a cuppa of hot beverage on hand. There would be no other place that I would chose apart from Starbucks. Hehe...just no words to describe why!!!

Happy Wesak Day

First of all, I would like to wish all of you Happy Wesak Day and may Buddha blessed all of you. *World Peace*

Although today was a public holiday but then my company didn't take this day as an off day so we gotta work. Funny how I feel absolutely elated even today I need to work though. Hehe...it didn't lessen my spirit to worship Buddha in this special day.

Yesterday I went to the temple with my mom to kowtow and pay respect to Buddha. Hence this is my yearly routine in Wesak Day since I was a baby. Reminiscing the past in my memory, my mom once told me that I used to cry when I was little. So when she can't stop my tears, she will bring me to this temple in Tambun to see this monk. Once he puts his gentle hand on my head, miraculously I will stop my tears. Although he was rest in peace now but then the temple still hung up his photo for us to pay respect to him. That's why it is a routine for me to visit this temple every Wesak Day.

After I went to this temple yesterday, I drop by another place which is called IBDA (Ipoh Buddhist Dhamma Association). It was a Buddhist society which I happen to participate way back when I worked with this first boss named Mr. Kiang. Frankly speaking, he is really a great boss which open you to all sorts of opportunities. Moreover, he has a pure heart and always give guidance to all the youngster just like me back then. Unfortunately, his field of business is not too appeals to me as I am not an engineering faculty student. A lot of things he said or at the meeting, I couldn't adapt to it and I need to move my way to another company. On my last day of my work, he has given me few books which I still keep today as a guidance to myself. He once said if you happen to encounter any problems, just flip through all this book and they will showed you the way.

Coincidentally, one of my fren named Keith he asked me to go to IBDA on eve of Wesak. Without any hesitation I said "YES". They have prepared some praying ceremony and chanting session for all the prayers. Besides that, they even prepared scrumptious foods for us. I mean it was so kind of them. It was literally sardine packed yesterday night.

Besides that, you can also choose to light up a candle to pray for your family or loved one. Wishing them a better year ahead =)

The Most Awkward Moment In My Life

Just a quick update before I'm heading to the temple with my mom to pay respect to Buddha in Wesak's eve. It has always been a yearly routine for me on Wesak Day. Hence, today was really an important and awkward day for me which I need to force myself to pen down something on this date.

This morning, I went to High Court to settle my divorce case with my ex husband. When we both met each other, it was like the most awkward moment in my LIFE. I solemnly swear to GOD. It's been like one year since we last met each other. It was torturing me to force myself to say something just to entertain the whole situation.

After today, I no longer beholden to HIM. I'm free from all the burden and it marks a new beginning for me. I swear to myself that this would be the 1st time and the last time in my LIFE. I don't want to get myself into all these nuisance anymore, not in this life. I will always remember and remind myself deep down about what had happen today as not to repeat the same mistake again.

Lastly, thanks to my MOM who had help me through all these while. The person I beholden now would me non other than my MOM.

Before I forgot, the judge which responsible to settle our case in so stylish as she has highlighted her hair in Green colour. Seriously, who on earth will came across a judge who will have Green hair. Hehe...didn't have any photo as you know camera is prohibited in court. Anyhow, I salute her personally. You are my idol lolz =)

Work hard and play hard, always remember that you have only one LIFE. Don't dwell with the past but concentrate in the present moment. Cheerz!!!

My purple flower which I bought from Cameron last 2 weeks has grown up a lot. Now they are sitting in a bigger pot. They are fabulous and lovely. Finally all the hardwork had come to fruition. The Fairytale Royal Wedding

Today marks the very important day in history as it is the royal wedding ceremony of Price William and Kate Middleton. Their relationship has finally come to fruition. The couple met way back when they were still undergraduates in University Of St. Andrews. Kate Middleton looks utterly gorgeous, stunning and angelic in that wedding gown. You don't need to wear a sexy gown to look sexy but be intelligent and confidence can somehow bring out the sexiness in you. In the other hand, Prince William looks handsome and smart too. Both of them have a lot in common for example they are so into sport. They are such a lovely couple and I believe that they will formed an awesome family ahead. Their wedding is like a fairytale to me as you won't be seeing all these scene in a normal person wedding ceremony.

Indeed A Beautiful Love Story

Just finished the show, Red Riding Hood. At first, I still have doubts wondering will this movie be nice but after the show it was thumbs up. It was indeed an incredible show and worth a watch. It kept you wide awake throughout the show as you need to guess who is the warewolf that is hiding between all those villagers. By the end of the show, you will be shocked as Valerie's dad turns out to be the warewolf (= the killer). I was mightily impressed by how the director can twist and turn the story without you realizing. A great job =)

The show is from the same director as twilight so you can observe a lot of similar scene. Anyhow, it was a show must watch this year. Love every bits of it. At the end of the show, it was somehow saddening as Peter (Valerie's lover) has transform into a warewolf as well. But then the ending is still reasonable and not always like those happy ending fairy tales.

Anticipating Movie

I'm gonna go for Red Riding Hoods on this Wednesday with my fellow colleagues. It's been like ages I have watched the trailer of this movie and it finally comes to Malaysia. Lucky enough that it shows in TGV, Jaya Jusco, Ipoh. The story of red riding hoods is an old time fairy tales for me and most of you. But looking at the movie poster above, it is more like a spine-chilling movie to me. Hehe...

Just click on youtube for this movie trailer, it was so damn freaking twilight. I know the fact that this movie is directed by the same person of twilight so I think this movie would be nice though at least FOR ME. I used to be a twilight series fan =)

The New Happening Bar In Ipoh

Wow, finally Ipoh has a live band bar which sings all my favorite oldies. The bar named St. Patrick Irish Bar and it is a bar cater to middle age group whereby the customers there are lawyers, doctors, expatriate and etc. It is located near Tower Regency in Ipoh town. Obviously I'm still consider young but then I just like the atmosphere and the songs being sang there. A great place to hang out at Ipoh rather than all those pubs. Price for drinks are affordable and reasonable =) I will be hanging out at this bar often...hehe...it feels relaxing listen to all those oldies after a long day at work.

My Affection To Eat, Pray, Love

I would like to blog about this novel is because it is so related to what I have been through. Once I grab hold of this novel, it's never leave my hand until I finished the whole story. The novel I am talking about is Eat, Pray, Love written by Elizabeth Gilbert.

At the beginning of the story, it brought me back to my bad experience which is divorced. Who on earth may thought that I will be going through all these rocky shits? I am just grateful that everything is back to normal now and I am still standing strong for being who I am. Throughout this process, I have grown and I feel different and nevertheless I felt awesome.

After I have finished this novel, it made me realized that the world is so big and full of wonders. No point standing at a point and cry over it. How I wish I could just throw everything behind and travel just like Elizabeth but I don't think it is possible as I don't have sufficient money to do so.

The phrase that I liked the most in this novel is "I believe that we shocked each other by how swiftly we went from being the people who knew each other best in the world to being a pair of the most mutually incomprehensible strangers who ever lived". I mean it was so true. At the beginning of every relationships, you felt so sweet and touch but when things gone mad, both of you are just like a stranger to each other. How cruel is this world can turn to? I have gone through what is being stated in the phrase and I totally agreed with that. I have been through an utterly confusing mess, but nevertheless it is a mess which I don't regret because of the lessons derived from it. It was one hell of an experience.

Overall, I really like this novel very much. It's inspired me to cherish every moments of life that God has given to me. Life is the greatest gift of all. As what is said in Buddha teaching, do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment =) Life is full of marvels and I am going to explore every bits of it.

My Fantasy - Disneyland

Since I was a kid, visiting to Disneyland is my dream. Although I am 27 years old this year, I am still craving to visit Disneyland at least once in my life. Whenever you are in the castle, you surely will be seeing big grins at every child's face. The moment you step your feet in Disneyland, you are as though living in a fantasy or fairy tales. The Disney character which I like the most would be Winnie The Pooh. He is cute and fluffy.

From now on, I gotta save money to fulfill my dream at least to visit Disneyland in Hong Kong =)

Cupcakes

Sorry for the outdated post though as it was way back in February. Hehe...as I have been swamped with work earlier and barely have time to blog. Now I already resigned, I have ample time to update my blog lolz.

Back in mid of January, I was wondering and thinking hard to come out with something special for his birthday this year. This is the 1st birthday of him that we are going to celebrate together. Over the moon, I remembered that I knew this gal who can make really nice cupcakes so I thought it was at least something special rather than getting him a normal birthday cake. I have contacted this gal friend of mine and she has emailed me some of her designs so that I can have a rough idea on what I want. As I browsed through all the photo, I came acrossed a group of cupcakes which is animal theme. Since his chinese name is tiger so I asked my friend to design cupcakes with animal theme as well. It turns out to be like this.

It was so freaking pretty and cute. At first, we felt really reluctant to eat because it was too unique to be ending up in tummies. But then, cakes are mend to be consumed and not for viewing purposes though. Hehe...finally we had our first bite. It tasted so sweet like you are pouring a spoon full of sugar into your mouth. The animal character tasted sweet only but the vanilla flavor cake was scrumptious.

I love it because I am a vanilla gal =)

Actually I'm half way through memorizing song lyrics, F**king Perfect by Pink. I'm fancy towards this song recently as I'm in love with the well written lyrics. Out of a sudden, I realized that I still got something to blog about. So I jump out of my bed and I'm sitting still in front of my lappy. Hehe...

Recently, I am so freaking free and came out with a brilliant idea to make something special only for him. Here is what I have made. Tada...this is the one and only photo frame which I have made especially for HIM. It was handmade by ME, although it was cheap but it takes a lot of propulsion to make this piece of art. Hope you will like it.

It was a photo frame made by carton box which then decorated with lots of LOVE and all the memorable photos. Any comments on that? It is just a simple, cheap and easy way to show love to the one you cherish the most. Sometime action speaks greater than words.

In a relationship, there may be disagreements and disappointment sometimes but bear in mind as this is part and parcel of a solid relationship. It is not always as sweet as cream and it's not always wedded bliss or the fairy tale of living happily ever after. All these while we have endured all sorts of rockyshit but in the end of the day, we still as intact as ever.

He is a wonderfully unique and full of charming idiosyncrasies person but sometimes he can be long winded and likes to nag. Deep down in my heart I knew that what he said is for my own good. You are amazing just the way you are =)

Last but not least, I would like to let you know that you are the best thing that has ever happened to me. I am sanguine about our life together as you have opened my world into a whole new beginning. Thanks for always being there for me and sucking up to my nonsense.

Praying For The Best To Come

It's been around 3 weeks since last month I am being jobless. The feeling of being jobless is stressful, uneasy, lost and frustrated. I felt unsecured all the time as I am a workaholic myself. I went to few interviews and has been answering the same old questions continuously.

Frankly speaking, I am just aiming for one company named Finisar which is a US based company. They have provided whole lots of benefits to employee and today is my second round of interview with the insight sales director, Mr. Robinson. He is a Canadian. I have put my 100% effort to impress him during the interview. At the end of the interview, he did said hope to see me again soon but I am not so sure whether he is being courteous or I really got the job. It went well throughout the interview session =) I'm proud of myself.

What I can do now is actually nothing as it is GOD's turn to decide my destiny. I am praying real hard that I will be able to get the offer. I'm needing the study fund provided by the company to further my master degree.

Dear GOD, kindly help me to make it come true.

My All Time Idol - Bee Gees

You may labelled me as an old lady but I don't care as I am mightily impressed by Bee Gees. I have been listening to their songs since I was a kid. Thanks to my mom because it was her that introduced this fantabulous musical group to me. During my childhood, my mom would turned on the CD of 80's songs by Bee Gees, The Carpenters and etc. You name it and she has it. All these songs kept whirling around in my head and miraculously I remembered all my favorite 80's songs lyrics until TODAY. It was no joked, man. If you don't believe it, you can ask my friends whoever went karaoke session with me often.

I heart Bee Gees the most because of the soothing voice of Barry Gibb. I was stupefied and amazed where on earth this gentleman has such an excellent voice and song writting talent. I truly savor every songs sang by them and it always brought a big grin to my face when I am stress, taking me completely away from all the madness of present moment. How great if they organized another concert and I will definitely pour all my effort just to grab a ticket of them. I will be jiggling in my seat and shouting out to the world excitedly. Unfortunately, I don't think my dream will come true =(

Bee Gees is a band formed by 3 brothers : Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb. They are born in England but move to Australia later on. My all time favorite songs which is sang by them would be Island In The Stream, Tragedy, To Love Somebody, Emotion, First Of May and other great tunes.

Am immersing myself in their songs now...till then, BYE =)

My kind of fragrance

I'm not a perfume lover all these while but I happen to receive one bottle of Salvato Ferragamo's perfume from my special one. I was elated with joy when he passed me the pressie. I personally do not prefer perfume that smelll too harsh or strong as I'm fancy towards natural smell. This perfume is mild and it's suite my taste absolutely. I was mightily impressed by the drawing on the bottle, it was so unique, artistic and stupendously designed to suite the taste of women nowadays. Worth a buy. Thanks for the perfume :) I like it very much. I surely keep the bottle when I finish up the perfume later on.
